Self-defense courses

There are many self-defense courses available. We recommend a course which is taught by women, for women only, and which teaches verbal and psychological as well as physical strategies, for the kinds of situations that women face.
A good self-defense course will focus on trusting instincts andreducing fear, in order to raise women’s sense of safety and self-confidence. Many courses increase fear instead of focusing onwhat you CAN do in a situation.
