Women Tell Their Stories is a project developed by women, for women, to inspire us with stories of women and girls who have fought back against assault, harassment, discrimination, domestic violence, rape, stalking, and other types of violence. The assault prevention strategies presented here are based on the Action Self-defense course for women given by the Centre de pr\u00e9vention des agressions de Montr\u00e9al.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les strat\u00e9gies utilis\u00e9es par ces femmes ne sont pas compliqu\u00e9es et sont accessibles \u00e0 toutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les histoires pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es ici nous ont \u00e9t\u00e9 racont\u00e9es par les femmes qui les ont v\u00e9cues et leurs pr\u00e9noms ont \u00e9t\u00e9 chang\u00e9s. La plupart d'entre elles n'avaient pas suivi de cours d'autod\u00e9fense au moment de l'agression.
